Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing

A tangy, flavorful vinaigrette that pairs perfectly with greens, grilled meats, or pasta salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Crazy Tony’s Dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • ⅛ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup salad oil (such as canola, vegetable, or light olive oil)

Instructions

1. Blend the Base:   

In a blender, combine:

  • 1 packet Crazy Tony’s Dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
    Blend briefly to dissolve the spices.

2. Add Flavor: 

  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • ⅛ cup Dijon mustard
    Blend until combined.

3. Emulsify the Oil:
While the blender is running on low, slowly pour in:

  • 1 cup salad oil
    Continue blending until the dressing is smooth and fully emulsified.

4. Chill:
Transfer to a container with a lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
