Tony’s Zesty Veggie Penne Salad

A perfect balance of crunch, zest, and our famous Crazy Tony's creamy dressing! This pasta salad is a crowd-pleaser that brings a burst of color and freshness to your table. Whether you're prepping for a picnic, BBQ, or just a simple meal, this dish is as vibrant as it is delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz penne pasta, cooked to al dente perfection
  • ¼ Cup Diced English Cucumber
  • ¼ Cup Diced Roma Tomato
  • ¼ Cup Diced Red Onion
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Green Olives
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Black Olives
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Red Cabbage
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Carrots

For the Crazy Tony’s Dressing:

  1. Prepare a mason jar.
  2. Follow the directions on the back of your Crazy's Tony's Italian Dressing packet and make sure you shake the dressing diligently!

Instructions:

  1. Start by tossing your perfectly cooked penne pasta with all the freshly chopped veggies in a medium-sized bowl. 
  2. Shake up your Crazy Tony’s dressing in the mason jar, then pour it generously over the pasta and veggies. 
  3. Toss everything together thoroughly, making sure every piece is coated with Crazy Tony's dressing.
  4. Let the salad marinate in the fridge for at least an hour—this allows the flavors to meld and the veggies to soak up the dressing, creating a dish that's even better after a little time.
